Meet Dale Paula Teplitz, Certified EFT Expert

I’ve been teaching Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for over 25 years. As a certified EFT Expert and Trainer, my mission is to empower others with tools for calming the nervous system naturally to achieve life-changing results!


My journey began with my own healing—learning to let go of long-held tension and emotional stress. Now I help others find that same freedom through simple yet powerful body-mind techniques.


I’ve worked with thousands of individuals around the world as well as training healthcare professionals to become certified EFT practitioners.
