Let’s start with my story.
Around 30 years ago, I spent nearly a decade suffering from serious health challenges that left me unable to work, in constant pain, fatigue and hopelessness. I felt like Humpty Dumpy in the nursery rhyme, having fallen of a wall, whose pieces could not be put back together again. For years, dozens of well-meaning skilled healthcare practitioners were unable to help me get my life back.
Then, I visited a nurse practitioner who did this strange ‘tapping thing’. After she taught me the basics, I began tapping at home, but I didn’t feel any better. When I returned to her one year later she asked what was going on in my life when the illness began. We spent a few minutes tapping while I focused on a past traumatic event I had experienced.
A few days later I woke up feeling well, happy and at peace. Remarkable! The rest, as they say, is history. EFT gave me my life back. No wonder I am so passionate about sharing it with you!
